Pedal the Cause

I will be riding this year in the Pedal the Cause fundraiser for the Siteman Cancer Center in honor of the many patients who need our help, and in particular in honor of my mom, Judy Kramer, who thankfully is in remission from her relapsed lymphoma after going through multiple rounds of treatment here at Siteman. 100% of donations go specifically to fund research locally here at Siteman in St. Louis, with most of the money going to support early phase clinical trials or late-stage preclinical studies that need a relatively small amount of funding to prove feasibility and get access to further funding from the NIH or private drug companies. I've seen several times that this has helped get an idea over the hump and increased access to promising clinical trials and cancer treatments here in St. Louis.
