Pedal the Cause

This is my 7th year riding in Pedal the Cause on my family's team Bill Box's Blue Red and Grey. Our team has been riding for 13 years in honor of my Uncle Bill who tragically passed away from colon cancer. Bill's death changed us all, but in retrospect it was his life that impacted us even more. His favorite song, the team's namesake, repeats "I like every minute of the day" reminding us all to make the most of the time we have and cherish every moment.

Cancer took Bill from this world far too soon, and continues to take the lives of so many others. Pedal the Cause tirelessly works toward a "World Without Cancer" by funding groundbreaking research at local top-ranked institutions that are changing the way cancer is treated and cured. PTC is unique because every donation goes directly to funding this research at Siteman Cancer Center and Siteman Kids at St. Louis Children's Hospital. PTC has raised over $51 million since 2010, and my team has personally raised over $500k since we started in 2014.
