Story

As Team Captain of Team Clayco, I’m incredibly proud of what our coworkers have built together. Since 2010, Team Clayco has raised more than $810,000 to support groundbreaking adult and pediatric cancer research right here in St. Louis.

What makes Pedal the Cause so meaningful is that 100% of every dollar raised goes directly to Siteman Cancer Center and Siteman Kids at St. Louis Children’s Hospital. Since 2010, Pedal has funded 267 adult and pediatric cancer research projects—advancing new treatments, clinical trials, earlier detection, and better outcomes for patients.

This ride is also personal for me. I ride in memory of my mentor and friend, Russ Burns. Russ was an extraordinary leader who made a lasting impact on so many of us, and I’ll be thinking of him with every mile.

I ride for Russ, for the families fighting today, and for the future we all want: a world without cancer.
