My Personal why:

In October 2021 my son, Oliver Geen, was diagnosed with stage 3 Hepatoblastoma, a rare form of liver cancer.  At the time, Oliver was 2 year old.

He was treated at both Children's Hospital and Cardinal Glennon; requiring intense chemo therapy for 6 cycles, and several major, high risk surgeries. Because of organizations like Pedal the Cause, our son was able to receive world-class service and treatment which proved successful. We are beyond humbled to share that Oliver just celebrated 4 years in remission.
