Pedal the Cause

I participate in Pedal the Cause for all patients dealing with a cancer diagnosis but this year I specifically am fundraising for my wife Toni who was unexpectedly diagnosed with Leukemia in November 2024.  She was at MOBAP for 4 days before being admitted to Siteman Cancer Center downtown on Kingshighway where she has spent 160+ days inpatient to date and went thru 5 rounds of chemotherapy.  Toni qualified for a first phase clinical trial and a matching donor was found.  She received her bone marrow stem cell transplant in May 2025.  Since then she has has several hospital stays at Siteman dealing with transplant complications. As of April 2026 she is in remission from Leukemia and Lymphoma but having a difficult time healing from multiple ongoing viral infections, namely EBV, CMV and HSV.  If you are able please donate to my fundraising efforts to help Toni and all cancer patients who benefit from the great health care provided by Siteman Cancer Center and their Wash U Physicians.
