Pedal the Cause

I am very proud to once again be riding for Pedal the Cause. I'm riding this year in honor of my moms, Jane (mine) and Karen (mom-in-law). I lost them both to cancer over the last 5 years. Going through that process was one of the hardest things I've been through, but throughout it all, I was amazed at the care (medical and otherwise), kindness, support and incredible service that the team at Siteman Cancer Center gave to my whole family throughout. Pedal the Cause is one of the most extraordinary charities that is a powerhouse in developing new and innovative methods to fighting this terrible disease. If we can fund just one study that changes the path that someone faces when they get that diagnosis, then we will have made an amazing difference. 

I am proud to join Pedal the Cause in the fight against cancer. Pedal the Cause is more than the region's largest cancer fundraiser. It's a way of life, a celebration, a family and a movement fueled by the courage to end cancer.
