Pedal the Cause is all about having a cancer-curing bike. While my bike is a cancer-curing bike, the motives behind this movement are far more personal to me than just my bike. As a two-year-old child, I was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. From here, I embarked on my journey to be cancer free. After years of battling cancer, I emerged cancer free. I am living proof that the hope for a cancer free life is possible. I am living proof that the community of Pedal the Cause has a part to play in the extinction of cancer. I am living proof that second chances are given. With this second chance, I aspire to be a beacon of hope for those wading through dark waters. To show others what is possible. To fight for others to grant them the same second chance I was granted.
To those battling cancer: I vow to never quit, to never doubt, to never envy. I vow to always persevere, to be disciplined, to love and be compassionate, and to honor the gift of life.
To those of the Pedal the Cause community: Thank you for the gift of life. While you may or may not be blood related, I am grateful to call you family.
To those donating: I ask you to help me give the gift of life to someone who is at battle. Help me give someone the same chance that I was given.

Check Donations - Please make the check payable to Pedal the Cause and mail the check to CIBC c/o Pedal the Cause 8410 Solutions Center Chicago, IL 60677-8004 with the fundraiser name in the memo line.
Stock donations and Donor-Advised Fund - When processing a DAF grant through a charitable giving account, search for the Pedal the Cause by tax ID (27-2233336). In the “notes” section, indicate the Pedal the Cause fundraiser you want to support.
